Application Checklist
The list below outlines items you will need to provide Real Finance Limited so that we can approve your loan. See the loan type you wish to apply for.
CASH LOANS - [APPLY NOW]
- Identification - Two forms with at least one being photo I.D.
- Payslips [if employed] - Two within the last three months.
- Bank Statement - Recent, showing at least thirty [30] transactions.
- Accommodation - Tenancy/Boarding Agreement or Rates Notice.
- Security - Details of what you wish to use as security over the loan.
PAYDAY LOANS - [APPLY NOW]
- Identification - Two forms with at least one being photo I.D.
- Payslips [if employed] - Two within the last three months.
- Bank Statement - Recent, showing at least thirty [30] transactions.
- Accommodation - Tenancy/Boarding Agreement or Rates Notice.
CAR LOANS - [APPLY NOW]
- Identification - Two forms with at least one being photo I.D.
- Payslips [if employed] - Two within the last three months.
- Bank Statement - Recent, showing at least thirty [30] transactions.
- Accommodation - Tenancy/Boarding Agreement or Rates notice.
- Security - Details of the vehicle you wish to purchase as it will form part of the security over the loan.
DEBT CONSOLIDATION - [APPLY NOW]
- Identification - Two forms with at least one being photo I.D.
- Payslips [if employed] - Two within the last three months.
- Bank Statement - Recent, showing at least thirty [30] transactions.
- Accommodation - Tenancy/Boarding Agreement or Rates Notice.
- Security - Details of what you wish to use as security over the loan.
Business Loans - [APPLY NOW]
- Identification - Two forms with at least one being photo I.D.
- Security - Details of what you wish to use as security over the loan.
- Company Information - Details of company registration, directors and shareholders.
- Other - We may need other documents in order to action your application but we'll deal with it on a case by case basis.
